Thank you for shopping with Gloveo. We aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

📦 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products or promotions

  • Flat-rate shipping across India

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

You may still request a return after delivery as per our 5-day return policy (exchange/store credit only).

📦 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

Gloveo is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address or phone number

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

📭 Undelivered Orders / RTO

If an order is marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to:

  • Customer not available

  • Wrong address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable

  • No refunds will be provided

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged package, or

  • A missing/wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video and photos

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

🌍 Shipping Availability

Currently, Gloveo ships only within India.
